CalendarLAK Area Events LAK basketball practices are currently held on Fridays 7 - 9 p.m. at St. Vincent's Gym, N 7th St., Brooklyn, New York, 11211. 2009 SALFASS EVENTS New York LAK encourages club members to participate in any of the numerous tournaments organized by the Lithuanian Athletic Union of North America (LAUNA, or SALFASS in Lithuanian). April 24-265 - North American Lithuanian Sports Festival in Chicago, IL. Competition in basketball (men, women and junior A class), volleyball (men, women and mixed teams) , and chess.
